The role offers growth opportunities, a starting pay of $25 per hour and a daily per diem, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school education or equivalent and must complete an apprenticeship or a three-year in-company training program.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship or a three-year in-company training program required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, build, and install various metal structures and equipment for maintenance and installation programs.
• Select material based on required strength.
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to dimensions.
• Measure and cut per field measures.
• Connect pieces by riveting, rolling, or using steel screws.
• Use machinery to complete jobs.
• Coordinate shutdowns/startups of equipment after sheet metal installation.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
