Suburban Drywall Inc. in Wisconsin’s Lake Mills area seeks a Project Manager for the Framing Division. You will coordinate metal framing projects, manage schedules, documents, and communications with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance from start to close.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and leadership to keep multiple framing projects on time and within budget while maintaining professional client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience reading construction plans and framing details.
• Estimating experience and understanding of costs and quantities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Review estimates, schedules, contracts, shop drawings, specs, and docs.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Coordinate metal framing layouts, sequencing, and materials.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, project teams, and vendors.
• Represent the company at pre-construction and progress meetings.
• Communicate daily with field supervisors on plans and site readiness.
• Generate job sheets, work orders, purchase orders, field handoffs.
• Track project costs, materials, labor, and change orders impacts.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and vendor follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for dispute resolution and escalation.
• Maintain organized project documentation and closeout records.
• Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure compliance.
• Assist with estimating, bid review, and scope clarification.
• Ensure professional conduct and timely follow-through with customers.
• Operate and maintain company-provided technology and tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
