• Experience with patina finishing using wet rag methods and spray toning is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand material mixing specifications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on flawless results.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within the organization and be a team member.

Responsibilities

• Finish metal components as per set specifications.
• Complete products according to Production Schedule.
• Match colors and master samples for product consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Accurately maintain time sheets and submit on time.
• Follow all company policies and standard practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
