Qualifications

• 2+ years of wood finishing experience with staining, toning, sealing, top coating, sanding and buffing.
• Ability to read and interpret mixing specifications.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to flawless results.
• Excellent communication across levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Finish products per Production Schedule.
• Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample.
• Maintain workstation clean, organized and safe.
• Use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain an accurate and timely timesheet.
• Observe all company policies and standard practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
