Job summary

US Tech Force is seeking a Metal Finisher for a growing Fabrication Shop in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with polishing experience in a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities include operating polishing equipment, grinding, sanding, preparing surfaces for finishing, and reading blueprints. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hand tools; English language skills required.

Qualifications

• Polishing experience in a fabrication shop.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Operate polishing equipment to obtain desired polish on parts.
• Grind, sand, or polish objects to correct defects.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Move controls to operate grinding/polishing equipment.
• Use hand tools and handheld power tools.
• Assist in other shop areas as needed.
