Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; demonstrated ability to follow instructions and perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples of phosphate coating solutions weekly and analyze acidity per work instructions.
• Operate abrasive cleaning equipment and inspect parts to ensure finish quality.
• Process items through heat-treat oven during coating cycles and maintain related logs.
• Load, unload and recondition finishing media; protect items from damage during processing.
• Apply rust inhibitors and use gauges to verify final specifications; lift trays and racks as needed.
