Job summary

HOLLY HUNT in Farmers Branch, Texas, is seeking a Metal Finisher to apply patina finishes and color matching on metal components. You will finish parts per production schedules, maintain clean workstations, and use PPE while meeting quality standards.

POSITION: METAL FINISHER

COMPANY PROFILE: HOLLY HUNT is known for a look that is consistently at the forefront of style and quality. The company designs, produces and showcases custom made furniture products.

POSITION PROFILE

Performs the finishing/patina finish on metal parts from a set of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finishing of components:
  • Product completion per Production Schedule.
  • Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample.
  • Maintain work station clean, organized and safe.
  • Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required.
  • Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time.
  • Observe all company policies and standard practices.
  • Participate on all required continuous improvement activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications

• Desirable experience on metal finishing techniques such:
  • Patina finishing using wet rags and rinsing.
  • Toning and Top coating using spray cans.
• Reading and understanding mixing specifications.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and flawless results.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency
