Rosenbauer South Dakota Llc is seeking a Hosebed/Parts Assembler to position, fabricate, and assemble metal components for hosebeds, trays, shelves, and related assemblies. You will read blueprints, set up fabrication machines, and weld parts to specification.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; welding certification is preferred, and prior experience with brake presses, drill presses, and basic inspection tools is a plus. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Welding diploma/certificate is preferred.
• Previous applicable fabrication, welding, and brake press experience.

Responsibilities

• Construct trays, shelves, hosebed fronts, hosebeds, tool boards, slides, and related parts.
• Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, and drill presses.
• Positions, aligns, fits, and welds together parts.
• Designs and constructs templates and fixtures.
• Hammers, chips, and grinds workpiece to cut, bend, and straighten metal.
• Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications.
• Follows all workplace rules and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as required by the supervisor to meet company needs.
