GreenWood, Inc. is seeking a Metal Fabricator/Millwright at our Mitsubishi site in Greer, SC. This regular full-time, non-exempt role involves fabricating steel and aluminum frames, installing machinery, and performing diverse metal fabrication tasks in an industrial setting.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience, strong welding skills, ability to read blueprints, and a solid commitment to safety and quality under OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in metal fabrication.
• Ability to perform various types of welding.
• Extensive knowledge of structural, sheet metal repairs and modifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment.
• Set up machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Assemble metal components by welding and fastening with rivets, screws, etc.
• Inspect final products for quality and adherence to design.
