Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a General Fabricator to perform assembly of metal parts while maintaining quality and safe work practices. You will operate various small machines and hand tools to assemble products.

You must read and follow standard work instructions, interpret blueprints, measure with gauges and templates, and help meet daily production goals. The role is indoors in an industrial environment with exposure to noise; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience with metal fabrication or woodworking
• Mechanically inclined
• General shop math skills
• Ability to understand and follow standard work instructions
• Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings

Responsabilités

• Operate small machines (PEM Insertion Machine, Spot Welder, Drill Press)
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products
• Read and follow standard work instructions
• Measure parts with gauges, calipers, and templates
• Read blueprints and customer drawings
• Maintain daily production rates and report quality/safety issues
