Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing with metal fabrication or woodworking.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to read and interpret simple drawings.
• General shop math skills and familiarity with standard work instructions.
• Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate PEM Insertion Machine, Spot Welder, Metal Roller, Drill Press/Tap/Countersink, Belt Grinders.
• Operate and use hand and power tools to assemble products.
• Use pneumatic and electric grinders for deburring and weld blending.
• Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals.
