The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and capable of safely following instructions. Prior experience is not required, but welding or shop training is a plus. On-the-job training and opportunities for skill development are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Welding experience or technical school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow basic shop drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, fit, drill, grind, and assemble metal components.
• Assist with welding and fabrication of industrial equipment.
• Operate basic fabrication and shop equipment safely.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, fit, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work with experienced fabricators to develop welding and fabrication skills.
