We're looking for an experienced steel fabricator who can weld. Most importantly, this person must fit our culture. No whiners or braggarts (hard find among welders) . A hard worker who rides for the brand and enjoys productivity. Core values are: Open and Honest, Team Player & Hungry for achievement. Applicants should be truly passionate about helping others win whether that be co-workers, customers, and their employer. We have some young people working in our shop who are great workers but need to be taught the trade.

Responsibilities

These depend on the qualifications of the applicant, but generally speaking, responsibilities would include:

• Maintain an honest, positive, energetic, and get-it-done attitude while keeping your safety and those around you at the forefront of your mind
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Take care of company equipment.
• Punctuality.
• Follow supervision directions while providing feedback and input when necessary
• Teach others, and learn from others.
• Weld, Fabricate, fit, clean, or whatever else may need to be done.
