• Configure and operate advanced press brake machinery to achieve precise bends and complex metal forms.
• Interpret technical blueprints and process sheets to ensure finished components align with exact design tolerances.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify part accuracy throughout the production run.
• Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace while coordinating with team members to ensure seamless production handoffs.
• Perform routine machine troubleshooting and tooling adjustments to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Apply shop math skills to calculate bend deductions and machine parameters for high-quality outcomes.

• Valid certification for forklift operation or overhead crane handling.
• Prior experience with secondary fabrication tasks such as assembly or tooling maintenance.
