Qualifikationen

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced shop.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in a production environment.
• Welding experience preferred (TIG, MIG, Stick).
• Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with fabrication, assembly, preparation, and finishing of metal products.
• Support daily production to meet shop schedules and deadlines.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment as trained.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
