E-Pak in Wooster, Ohio is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate press brakes, shear, and plasma cutting equipment. You will read blueprints to match customer specifications, perform basic metal fabrication, and cross-train on multiple machines in a tight-knit team environment.

The role involves standing for shifts, working in a manufacturing setting, and handling tools and welding gear while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications.
• Experience in metal fabrication and operating related machinery.
• Willingness to cross-train on additional machines and tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes, shear, plasma cutting and related equipment.
• Perform parts cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Read blueprints and verify specifications for fabrication.
• Move between workstations and ensure safe, efficient workflow.
