Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in Decatur, IL to work on custom fabricated pressure vessels. You will operate plate rolling, brake press, shear, and CNC plasma cutting equipment, read blueprints, and perform welding per ASME codes. A strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

The role involves independent work within a stable schedule, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for skill development including training in plasma cutting and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• Experience with plate rolling, brake press, shear, plasma cutting and welding.
• Experience welding within an ASME Code environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate plate rolling, brake press, shear and plasma cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Weld as needed and ensure compliance with ASME codes.
