Job summary

Wickeder Group │ Engineered Materials Solutions is seeking a 1st shift Etch Metal Prep Operator in Colorado Springs. Candidates will prepare and process chemical etch equipment to produce parts for customers while operating various equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and basic PC skills, with additional experience in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments considered a plus. This role offers a competitive pay and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operation of chemical etch equipment.
• In-process measurement of parts using a micrometer or drop gauge.
• Transfer of chemicals to and from etch area.
• General maintenance of etch equipment.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Skills

Basic PC skills

Ability to read blueprints/drawings

Ability to use a precision measuring microscope

Ability to troubleshoot

Can do and positive attitude

Eagerness and willingness to learn

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
