Colorado-Doorways-Inc in Wyoming is seeking an Experienced Fabricator to modify hollow metal doors and frames per fabrication reports. You will use power hand tools and welding equipment, priming finished doors, and preparing frames with precision.

The role requires reading fabrication orders, templates, and elevations, as well as lifting 50 lbs and maintaining a safe work environment. Day shift, full-time opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding fabrication orders, templates, and elevations.
• Knowledge of how to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of door and frame handing, door and frame components, and application of parts.
• Knowledge of procedure for checking profile height and width, tacking, squaring, and welding.
• Welding skills and ability to apply lead to frames.

Responsibilities

• Attendance and punctuality for every shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with power hand tools for cutting and boring metal, priming and painting.
• Welding of reinforcements as required per fabrication orders.
• Understanding of CURRIES code charts and how they apply to frames.
