We serve communities such as Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, Avon, and Winter Park. We emphasize quality craftsmanship and personalized service, offering custom metal fabrication and intricate welding solutions.

Position Details

• We are seeking a Metal Fabricator I with beginner to intermediate experience as a fabricator/welder or similar roles.
• Mechanical knowledge with solid ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with welding techniques.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for layout and fabrication purposes.
• Operate lifting equipment such as a forklift.
• Identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Safely operate tools like grinders, drills, bandsaws, squares, and forklifts.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Required: use hands for detailed work, stand and walk regularly, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., kneel, squat, twist, and reach above shoulder throughout the work day.

Schedule

Full time. 8‑10 hour shift. Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Knowledge of various welding techniques.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation (preferred).
• Effective and professional communication skills.
