Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Clarifier to establish a clear and comprehensive understanding of orders.

You will prepare detailed project descriptions enabling efficient processing by the Engineering team, focusing on continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with external customers and internal teams, review input for accuracy, and support in finalizing project scope and changes, providing technical expertise to customers

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum: 2 years of experience in the Metal Building field
• Minimum: General understanding and ability to read architectural & structural drawings and specifications
• Preferred: 2 year technical degree
• Preferred: 2 years of experience as an Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Clarify Builder orders of low or medium complexity for completeness, accuracy, and optimization; which includes communicating with external customers and internal associates.
• Work with Engineering team to coordinate activities in Vision model throughout engineering process.
• Support Project Management in finalizing scope of work and changes during clarification review.
• Provide technical expertise to customers and vendors.
