Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Sparks, NV is seeking a fabrication associate to assemble and subassemble metal parts at floor stations. You will read production drawings, select components, and secure fasteners to ensure assemblies meet specifications.

You will maintain a safe, clean work area and follow established safety procedures, identifying unsafe conditions and notifying a supervisor as needed. Experience with cranes/forklifts (certified) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations to build subassemblies or units.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment and follows safety procedures.
• Identifies unsafe conditions and notifies supervisor.
• Reads drawings and manufactures products per specs, selects correct components and fasteners.
• Inspects parts for conformance, checks threads and fasteners, and verifies proper installation.
• Operates cranes/forks when certified to assist manufacturing.
