Qualifications

• Certification in welding (AWS or other recognized) preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to read production drawings and set up welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Weld and fabricate crane components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Use fabrication tools and equipment such as saws, drills, grinders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety procedures.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality.
