Job summary

The Reserves Network in Mentor, OH is seeking a Production Assembler for a full-time, entry-level role. Expect a 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule and starting pay of $16/hour in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.

You will join a supportive team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement, using hand and light power tools and following BOMs/routers to produce assembled products.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable with manual tasks and tool use.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and documentation.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
