Level99 Entertainment seeks a Metagame Design Architect to shape the metagame content across physical venues and online touchpoints. You will prototype concepts, draft detailed design documents, and collaborate with the CEO and leadership to evolve the guest journey.

The role emphasizes data-driven balancing, hands-on prototyping, and close collaboration with operations, creative, and engineering teams at Level99’s Natick and Providence venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in game design, including a Senior Designer role.
• Experience shipping mobile/F2P metagame design or real-world interactive entertainment.
• Strong ability to model economies, progression, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Architect the metagame experience and connect physical challenges across venues.
• Prototype concepts, wireframe touchpoints, and collaborate with CEO and leaders.
• Analyze data to balance monetization, rewards, and game features.
• Lead cross-functional teams and document designs and specs.
