Metabolon, Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join a newly created post-sales technical support team based in Morrisville, NC.

You will be the primary contact for Verus LC/MS kit users and guide them through usage, troubleshooting, and data interpretation with a focus on timely, clear communication. You will triage inquiries via Salesforce Service Cloud, draft Knowledge Base articles, collaborate with Field Application Support and R&D, and help ensure a consistent,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field or related discipline is required.
• 3+ years of relevant laboratory, analytical science, or technical support experience.
• Experience with LC-MS, metabolomics, or related data analysis is preferred.
• Experience with bioinformatics software or data analysis platforms is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line technical support contact for Verus Kits customers and users.
• Triage LC-MS, wet-lab, software, and access issues using approved procedures.
• Document case status and resolutions in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Draft Knowledge Base articles and troubleshoot to provide clear next steps.
• Collaborate with Field Applications, IT, R&D, and Product Management to improve support.
