Qualifications

• LMSW license in Michigan is required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy independently in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Evaluate psychosocial, behavioral, and emotional factors impacting metabolic health outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and treatment discussions.
• Serve as a behavioral health consultant within the clinic.
• Contribute to development/refinement of clinical workflows and intake processes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
