Responsibilities

• Prepare tissue culture media, growth hormones and culture explants under sterile conditions.
• Assist with DNA, RNA and protein isolation.
• Maintain the laboratory and greenhouse; collect and analyze data; contribute to publications.
• Assist with cancer cell lines and engineering cannabinoid pathway genes in E. coli.
• Assist PI and Director with other duties as assigned.
