2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floater to assist shoppers with Meta product recommendations and demonstrations at a nearby retailer.

You will help shoppers find ideal Meta gadgets that suit fitness, gaming, and entertainment needs, while representing both Meta and our client store with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Interest in AV/VR is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate and close sales.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with a modern OS.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 20 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to scheduled visits.

• Job Type: Regular Work
• Location: Market - META - PA - Philadelphia
• Pay: $23.50 per hour
• Hours: 6 hours guaranteed per week, on‑call coverage hours can vary weekly
• Availability Required: Friday 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.
• Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days

About the Role

Part‑time Meta Sales Specialist Floater role at a nearby retailer. Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the latest Meta gadgets, helping customers see how they can enhance their lives – from fitness and gaming to entertainment.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased effectively.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.

• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, and grab up to 20lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
