Pluspoint digital is seeking a results-driven Paid Social Specialist to lead Facebook and Instagram campaigns for diverse client portfolios. You will design, test, and optimize strategies across objectives and industries, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of paid social experience, strong knowledge of platform algorithms, and proficiency with Google Analytics or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid traffic on Facebook & Instagram.
• Strong understanding of how Facebook & Instagram algorithms work.
• Experience creating successful social media marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Setup: Plan and launch Meta campaigns from scratch across objectives.
• A/B Testing: Design and run structured tests on audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and structures.
• Creative Testing: Test ad creative including images and video, headlines, copy, and CTAs.
• Multi-Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts across industries.
• Scaling Campaigns: Move campaigns from launch to scale with optimization.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, frequency, signals; adjust bids/budgets.
• Audience Research: Build custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest targeting.
• Creative Briefing: Guide creative team with feedback on performance.
• Pixel & Tracking: Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event tracking.
• Reporting: Produce client-ready performance reports with learnings and next steps.
• Client Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand service scope.
• Staying Current: Keep up with Meta Ads updates and best practices.
