Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end in a 100% remote role. You will launch, optimize, and measure campaigns daily, explaining decisions and results clearly.

You’ll build scalable account structures, manage budgets up to hundreds of thousands per month, run testing roadmaps with creative teams, and ensure reliable pixel/CAPI tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on
• Proven ecommerce performance experience with clear examples
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend in a single account
• Strong fundamentals: audience strategy, testing, account structure, scaling
• Clear English communication: concise answers and structured thinking

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, catalog/DPA)
• Manage budgets and pacing; tradeoffs between volume and efficiency
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps and summarize learnings
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion rate and post-click performance
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs)
