Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Meta Ads management at scale.
• Proven Lead Generation in Renewable Energy or B2B sectors.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Advantage+, scaling, CPL/CPM/CTR analysis.
• Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and API integrations.
• Experience building landing pages with CRO focus.
• Leadership: own client results and high-level decisions.
• Analytical mindset translating data into growth actions.
• Excellent communication and agency-growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and scale.
• Monitor performance daily; adjust structures, bidding, and audiences.
• Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels for quality leads.
• Manage conversion tracking: Pixel, CAPI, UTM tracking for accuracy.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and page elements.
• Present performance insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to align goals.
• Oversee lead flow between Meta Ads, GoHighLevel CRM, and automations.
