Qualifications

• 5+ years in a relevant role.
• Hands-on design, build, and administration of IBM MQ.
• Experience supporting production environments in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows in enterprise settings.
• Scripting or programming for automation (Python or shell).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for IBM MQ, Kafka, IIB, and TIBCO.
• Design, build, and administer IBM MQ environments.
• Support Confluent Kafka and TIBCO platforms as needed.
• Ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across distributed systems.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for production support.
• Use scripting for automation and monitoring.
• Implement monitoring and performance tuning to track operational metrics.
