Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical leadership to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Ensure high-quality ABA services following ethical guidelines.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage clinical staff.
• Build relationships with clients and families, advocating for their needs.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets compliance requirements.
