Qualifications
Must have BCBA certification in good standing.
Minimum of 3-5 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role in ABA.
Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical leadership to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
Ensure high-quality ABA services following ethical guidelines.
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage clinical staff.
Build relationships with clients and families, advocating for their needs.
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field
