Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide caregivers who provide direct care to clients.
