Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a MES/SCF-Rubber Parts associate at our USA Columbus East location. The role focuses on MES transactional processing, inventory monitoring, and material movements to support manufacturing and quality systems.

Qualifications include HS Diploma or GED with roughly 2 years manufacturing experience; MES/SAP experience preferred to ensure accurate data and timely transactions within production reporting guidelines.

• Experience with MES and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage MES transactional process for SCF or Rubber Parts.
• Monitor MES / SAP inventory for discrepancies.
• Support resolution of MES / SAP discrepancies.
• Move finished goods to the warehouse.
• Oversee nonconforming material issues.
• Participate in periodic inventory verifications.
• Cross training on operations within SCF or Rubber Parts to support MES transactions.
• Other duties as required to support the business.

Deliverables

• Raw and finished material transactions with proper documentation of required data to guide logistics, quality, production and finance systems.
• Compliance to production reporting guidelines with MES users.
• Proper documentation and packaging of finished goods.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the MEStransactional process for SCF or Rubber Parts.
• Monitor MES / SAP inventory for discrepancies.
• Support resolution of MES / SAP discrepancies.
• Use approved methods of obtaining materials, ensuring that correct materials are supplied.
• Move finished goods to the warehouse.
• Oversee nonconforming material issues to ensure appropriate removal from manufacturing area and execution of appropriate transactions.
• Support knowledge of production reporting guidelines with MES users.
• Participate in periodic inventory verifications.
• Cross training on one or more operations within SCF (Windows, SCF,Casepack) or Rubber Parts (Stoppers,Casepack,Baders,Sortimats) to support MES transactions and production needs.
• Other duties asrequired to support the needs of the business.

MinimumEducation:

This position has the following educational requirements:

• H.S, Diploma/GED

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
• 2 years relatedmanufacturing experience.
• SCF, Rubber Parts or Case Pack process knowledge preferred.
• MES& SAP experience preferred

Supervision:

This position does not supervise any associate at any level.
