Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or consulting.
• Experience with end-to-end manufacturing processes in plant environments.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing transformations.
• Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management.
• Support shop floor digitization and operational excellence programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and ERP/data platform integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption across phases.
