Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a MES Functional Consultant to support manufacturing transformation initiatives within the US Supply Chain & Network Operations team based in Tallahassee, FL. You will align shop floor operations with business requirements and digital enablement solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing operations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating on ERP and data platform integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 3+ years in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or consulting
• Experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes including production, quality, maintenance, and inventory
• Ability to travel ~50%
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing process transformation initiatives
• Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management
• Support shop floor digitization and operational excellence programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes
• Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and integration with ERP, automation, and data platform environments
• Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption activities across project delivery phases
