Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a skilled MES Technician II to join our 100% onsite Savannah, GA plant. You will deliver Level 1-2 MES support to keep production running smoothly on second shift (2:30pm–11:30pm).

As part of a collaborative IT team, you will monitor MES systems, perform routine checks, install and troubleshoot computers, scanners, and printers, and coordinate with analysts to resolve issues, including holiday and shutdown preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Certifications preferred: A+, MCPD, MCITP, MCTS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support 24x7 operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows server operations.
• Ability to read and follow complex work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to MES and plant system problems.
• Complete periodic MES & HMGMA computer system checklists.
• Escalate issues per MES standards.
• Work in control room and on the plant floor.
• Assist in installations and modifications of MES systems.
