Job summary

PreSales Collective is seeking a MES specialist with hands-on SQL and Dassault Apriso experience to support and enhance manufacturing execution systems. The role involves analyzing support tickets, designing plant-specific MES features, and coordinating with BI/ERP teams to resolve cross-system issues.

Responsibilities include testing enhancements, raising change requests, and performing root-cause analysis to drive process improvements across MES operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and MES in a manufacturing environment using Dassault Apriso 2017/19.
• Ability to design and develop plant-specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
• Experience providing testing support for enhancements, fixes, patches in testing environments.
• Ability to raise problem reports and change requests for code-related issues.
• Collaborate with BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ teams when cross-system issues arise.
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for recurring issues.
• Provide resolution to users for tickets and issues.
• Contribute to process improvement activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
• Design and Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
• Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment
• Raising a Problem report and change request for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
• Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.
• Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues
• Contribute in Process Improvement activities

Base Salary Range
$90,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
