Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an MES Specialist to manage the site MES/EBR, oversee recipe configuration, and assure GMP-aligned validation and testing. You will work across Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to support deployment and on-call needs at our Swiftwater site.

The role focuses on MES solutions, system integration, and training operations staff, with responsibilities spanning implementation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful manufacturing deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (biopharma sector).
• 1+ years experience in MES/eBR and automation support in biopharma or related industries.
• MES platform configuration (Siemens OpCenter); EBR support; DCS/SCADA (DeltaV, Aveva); OPC & data integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop MES/EBR solutions including recipe/configuration changes to meet business needs.
• Ensure system integration with digital applications supporting production, quality, and data management.
• Maintain GMP/compliance with test protocols, validation, and change control; provide site assessments and training.
