Job summary

RoviSys is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead the delivery of holistic MES solutions across industries, including Production Management, Directed Work, Quality, Traceability, Maintenance Management, and Performance.

You will help shape the future of MES by applying AI, DxOps concepts, and iterative requirement definition strategies, partnering with customers to deploy scalable, high‑quality systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or related software engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements with customers using iterative approaches.
• Apply CI/CD and IaC to manage large-scale MES deployments.
• Design, configure, commission, and qualify MES solutions across industries and processes.
• Lead development of MES platform extensions with compatible programming languages.
• Create and maintain documentation describing solution design and implementation.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth and innovation.
• Decompose work into technical tasks and oversee completion.
• Travel to customer sites for requirement gathering, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Contribute to the evolution of DxOps Transformation service offerings.
• Explore AI and low-code/no-code approaches to improve MES efficiency and scalability.
