Job summary

This role focuses on developing and delivering Flexflow MES solutions, analyzing complex business problems, and providing technical leadership to enable efficient, high-quality systems.

You will gather requirements, customize Flexflow for new needs, and collaborate with multiple teams to onboard new customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES/Flexflow design and operation support.
• Strong SQL/MSSQL and reporting services knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers, business teams, and operations to map solutions.
• Create/customize Flexflow to support new requirements and projects.
• Onboard new customers with cross-team collaboration.
• Standardize solutions and prepare playbooks for repeatable executions.
• Design/Implement Flexflow-Baan ERP interfacing and equipment interfaces.
• Perform functional and integration testing of the solution.
• Provide L2/L3 incident support for Flexflow.
• Translate BRD into Functional/Technical specifications for development teams.
