Job summary

Gore Fabrics is seeking an IT Developer/Technical Analyst - Supply Chain to design, implement, and maintain MES solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA. The role collaborates with production, engineering, quality, and IT to ensure seamless system functionality.

The position is located at our Elkton, Maryland facility with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates should have MES development and SAP integration experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of MES development, implementation, and support.
• Experience with MES on Ignition Platform integrated with SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain MES solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure seamless MES integration with ERP/PLM/SCM systems.
• Configure/customize MES software to fit manufacturing workflows.
• Perform regular maintenance, patch reviews, and testing to ensure uptime.
• Analyze MES data to provide actionable process improvements.
• Support and resolve MES issues; ensure regional/global availability and performance.
• Document configurations, changes, and IT processes in detail.
