Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to guide the deployment of Körber PAS-X MES in highly automated Life Sciences environments. You will design, configure, validate EBRs, and integrate MES with ERP and control systems while collaborating with management to deliver valuable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of Life Sciences validation processes. Occasional travel will be required to meet client needs and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
• Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value.
• Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered according to GxP standards.
• Respond to requests for client proposals.
• Manage and develop client relationships.
