Qualifications

• Senior-level PM with experience managing complex cross-functional IT projects.
• Strong coordination, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Office 365.
• Experience with MES implementations preferred.
• Experience within pharmaceutical or regulated life sciences environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating activities between local and global IT teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT activities associated with the MES implementation.
• Serve as a key interface between local and global IT teams and the MES project organization.
• Coordinate project activities, dependencies, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Support the Site MES Lead Project Manager in the overall execution of the project.
• Identify and track project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure proper communication, follow-up, and escalation of critical project activities.
• Participate as a dedicated core team member throughout the project lifecycle.
