Nucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking a highly skilled MES Engineer that is safety-minded, goal-oriented, and quality-driven. The individual will be an integral team member supporting the Manufacturing Execution systems for Nucor Tubular Products Group.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, developing and maintaining MES solutions, leveraging SCADA data for insights, and ERP integration to ensure seamless data transfer.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with continuous improvement to manufacturing processes.
• 3-5 years of programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to capture process knowledge from SMEs and deploy MES solutions.
• Develop and maintain MES features to improve user experience.
• Leverage real-time SCADA data to generate actionable insights.
• Integrate MES with ERP for seamless data transfer.
