Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years of engineering/operational experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MES solutions (POMSnet Aquila, PharmaSuite, Syncade, Werum PAS-X) and ISA-88/ISA-95 standards.
• Proficiency with C#, Visual Basic .NET, and JavaScript for MES coding/configuration.
• Experience working in regulated environments with GMP/compliance.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, author, configure, and verify master batch records (MBRs) and electronic batch records (EBRs) in MES platforms.
• Support MES integration with ERP, LIMS, automation, and data platforms.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into digital MES solutions and maintain documentation.
• Lead testing of new MES recipes and system changes; troubleshoot live production issues.
• Support change control activities and drive continuous improvement in recipes and processes.
