Job summary

Legend Biotech, headquartered in Bridgewater, New Jersey, seeks a MES Engineer for the Manufacturing Excellence team based in Raritan, NJ. You will support EBR development, MES updates, and validation activities to enable efficient CAR‑T production and site initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with PAS‑X MES expertise and cross‑functional collaboration across QA, IT, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant MES/CGMP manufacturing experience; cell/gene therapy background advantageous.
• Technical expertise in Change Control and leading MES enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support eBR development, modeling, and deployment in MES.
• Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and deliver robust EBR designs.
• Participate in design testing, release planning, and demos with partners.
• Serve as a MES SME for CAR‑T and site initiatives needing MES enhancements.
• Coordinate MES updates with ERP and other systems.
