Job summary

Lvi-Associates is seeking an experienced MES Engineer to work with customers and deliver MES solutions at the Manufacturing Level 3 boundary between plant-floor automation and IT systems.

The role requires strong technical execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, real-time process environments, with travel for on-site commissioning and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or CS required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and training.

Responsibilities

• Execute MES projects including installation, configuration, and deployment of MES platforms (e.g., Syncade or similar systems).
• Develop reports, system interfaces, and integrations with Automation, DCS, SCADA, and ERP systems.
• Configure servers, databases, and data connections to various third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues quickly and effectively.
• Implement custom configuration and software components to meet project requirements.
• Perform on-site customer visits for installation, commissioning, startup, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

This role requires strong technical execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in fast‑paced, real‑time process environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute MES projects including installation, configuration, and deployment of MES platforms (e.g., Syncade or similar systems).
• Develop reports, system interfaces, and integrations with Automation, DCS, SCADA, and ERP systems.
• Configure servers, databases, and data connections to various third‑party systems.
